Chelsea and City had a starting 11 that cost £360m each. What is the cost of our starting 11 on Saturday?
Ches
Bacs
Per
Kos
Monreal
Ozil
Ox
Arteta
Santi
Pod
Giroud
Probably less than half I reckon.

Tyke chelsea have spent about a billion since Abramovic came in and they don't even have a striker better than Giroud... we don't have a sugar daddy, we built a new stadium and Wenger made a team on a budget and is top above 2 oil money teams. legend

Ches - Free
Bacs - £5m I think from Aurex

Monreal - £10,
Ozil - £42m
Ox - £15m
Arteta - £10m
Santi - £12-16m

no amount of money in the world could buy another team an Arsene Wenger, everyone else is inferior

I agree 8bit, but would it have hurt him to just go that tiny bit further? The only deal he did this winter was for a free loan, and he is boasting about how we wont be playing his wages while he is injured..it makes me cringe!

You need to pay top money for top talent, Tyke

Also if you include Gibbs and Wilshere in the team which is likely, they were free, so you can reduce 10m and 15m from Monreal and Ox

We were prepared to pay for Suarez in the summer. It isnt just a case of wanting top talent, average talent in case Giroud gets injured would have done for me! Still, if we go at City with the passion and conviction Chelsea showed tonight, we could beat em, there's always hope!
