Was it a surprise?
For me not at all, it was no different to how we've played in most games under Moyes. No shots on goal besides the a Rooney chance ALL GAME. Not a single effort on goal in the second half and for me sorry that is unacceptable.
This is not about the players it's about Moyes, the guy is F###ing clueless, he waits until the 76th minute to make a change, when everyone can see things were not working and I mean EVERYONE, my 7 year old lad said to me "Utd are playing rubbish" and I said yes they are but no change from rest of season.
I cannot even write down in words how upset I am with Moyes being Man Utds manager, the guy is just a terrible manager. He never deserved the job and as I've Always said, he only got the job because he was Scottish.
Unless the club get rid this is what what we've got to deal with because no matter who we sign now Moyes doesn't have a clue about playing good football.
I hope the club does the right thing and admit they were wrong and sack him ASAP.
Not going to sit here and pretend I think he's the man for the job in order to "look like more of a die hard Utd fan" that kind of cr#p is irritating.
Today's "performance"

It seems so ridiculous to suggest that one of the most prominent contributory factor towards Moyes getting the job is because he's Scottish yet the crazy thing is that it's probably true. Did they even bother interviewing the guy? A quick glance at his CV would immediately rule him out of almost any top job in football.

Exactly !!!!!
What is his claim to fame? NOT getting sacked in 11 years at Everton
Hardly worthy of replacing the greatest manager of all time. Absolutely pathetic choice of manager

Can anyone inside OT today honestly say they have the slightest idea of what kind of football we are meant to be playing ? - If you do , please let me know because even after all this time I certainly have not got a fecking clue.

We are playing Moyes style football
Basically he tells players he is starting and that's it, the players have no idea where they are meant to be playing and what formation we are playing. Then Moyes stands there on sidelines looking like a Pr#ck and doesn't have a clue how to change things.

This is honestly my biggest problem with Moyes and reason why he must go. I'd honestly accept the poor results if at the very least the team were putting in some decent performances or he was trying to implement a new style of play or formation. But no, the team have absolutely no playing style or philosophy and that is down to the manager. Seriously, what do they work on in training all week and what instructions does he give them before the match or at half time. Liverpool finished 7th last season but at the very least you could begin to see the evolution within their team. Moyes has literally failed on all fronts.

Moyes is just happy to be manager of Man Utd he doesn't thinks about tactics he just stands there stunned that he has landed this job without merit.
