Why are you all surprised when in

reality Moyes has not changed a bit since leaving Everton.

He has always been a glass half empty rather than a
half full type person.

He has always set his teams up to counter the threat
of the opposition rather than set teams up to worry the opposition.

He has always surrounded himself with defence minded coaches.

He has always set his team out to play percentage football
rather than possession football.

He has always picked his favourite players and picked them to
play out of position rather than pick a less favoured player in his
natural position.

He has always had a negative mindset and that will never change.

He has always made baffling substitutions often too late to make
any difference in a game.

He has always gone into big games saying he would happily
take a draw and set up the team to do so.

Their are many many other traits that he had over at Everton
that he has brought over to United.

If I was a United supporter I would not be so hard on Moyes
because at the end of the day he was offered a job that
was too good to turn down.He has not promised the earth to United
supporters and his managerial skills have not diminished. They
are what they where when he was at Everton.

If I was a United fan I'd be venting my anger at those who appointed
him

Not surprised, disappointed. I paid as much attention to Moyes beforehand as any mid-table manager like Pardew or Allardyce.

The funniest thing is though that up until recently he's been widely acknowledged as the best British manager around after SAF of course.

Doesn't say a great deal about the standard of coaches we're producing does it?

I think Rodgers is definitely the best British Coach around right now. After him, there's not a great array of top british managers left.

Gordon Strachan is actually quite a decent manager. Would like to see Steve Bruce get a step up to someone like Spurs or Everton. Not a bad record for the clubs he has been at.

After 11 years in charge of Everton, most supporters became kind of brainwashed in what Moyes said in interviews.

It's only since Martinez has come in with his totally different type of approach looking for positives in everything do you then realise how negative Moyes really is/was

I thought we'd more like Arsenal under George Graham, solid in defence, very difficult to beat but ultimately had enough quality to do well.

I know a lot has been made about of the lack of quality in the squad but we should at least be fourth IMO. Moyes is making the job look much much harder than it is.

Is that a poem? How came you have wrote it with a long sentence, a short sentence and then a long sentence?

In answer to your question, I thought people could develop to a higher level with better tools. I was wrong in Moyes' case. However, I did want Jose. Proven CL winner. Moyes hadn't even managed a CL proper tie.

Now now an Everton fan telling us the truth about Moyes, we can't have that, he will come good
