"Change is hard because people overestimate the value of what they have—and underestimate the value of what they may gain by giving that up."
— James Belasco and Ralph Stayer; Flight of the Buffalo (1994)
No chance these guys knew how well they quote applies to quite few Arsenal fans o n here.
You facking s, as a club I'd rather be in Liverpool's shoes (not one of them fans by any means) and go through so many managerial changes and inconsistency as they've been since they've last won the title 25 years back. Realistic challenge for the title (it might even pay off), something that we've done only once in the last 10 years at this stage of the season (07/08) and a facking CL medal to show for. If Wenger stays, who's to say that we won't go 25 years without winning again any of these (PL or CL)?
Have a bit of perspective you s

People who make the Moyes comparison - I don't believe what we have right now with Wenger is anything like what United had with Fergie. Definitely worth trying something fresh.

Penguin, and who's to say that Moyes won't come good for United in 10 years?

Problem is that Wenger's apostles are more than happy to give him an endless supply of chances; as soon as a new manager comes in, you just know they'll be the first to crucify him. The second we get one bad result, it'll be an endless stream of 'this never would have happened with Wenger' etc.

I actually think he might. Not as good as Fergie, mind you, but they'll do ok.

@Penguin
Don't think there is a manager that can duplicate Fergie's achievement.
Still, as KPPR rightly points, having a new manager and regardless of his previous achievements at whatever clubs he might have been, those fans of ours that oppose change now will be the first reactionaries as soon as a bad result will come our way.
