Enthusiastic Sherwood.

I have never seen such jubilation from a coach as when Sig scored the third goal. It's absolutely obvious that he's totally committed to Spurs and to me it would be a shame if he wasn't given a full season to try and prove himself. How can a coach of that sort of loyalty and 'want to win' be sacked after half a season? Spurs will NEVER get another coach who wants Spurs to win as much as he does.

Going behind was bad but to comeback like that is a good sign and may kick start a good finish. Who remembers England being 2-0 up in 1970 against West Germany and then lose 3-2. There was also a match at Old Trafford when Spurs were 2-0 down and came back to win 3-2 as did Everton against Sheffield Wednesday in a 60's FA cup final. I thought with 5 minutes to go that maybe Saints would sit back, be happy with a draw and Spurs score and bingo.

Have we too much to do now? Liverpool leaked three against Cardiff so who knows?

I would be jubilant as well if my sacking had been delayed slightly

Don't any of you think that his enthusiasm is worth at least a try for next season?

no

he has had 3 months in the job and he hasn't even put together any kind of proper system of play.

we are STILL employing a suicidal high line, despite sherwood onlooking as the previous manager pretty much got sacked for his stubbornness in using it resulting in us getting smashed all the time.

he's done ok, but we need a proper experienced manager.

the manager who is in charge next season must put together a solid defensive unit !!!

we are a joke at the back and this must be sorted or we will never progress

May as well have one of us Spurs fans managing Spurs. We'd be just as jubilant over last minute winners, and just as clueless at managing teams.

I have a mate who is better qualified than Sherwood and even more enthusiastic, maybe we should give him a try? I know he is virtually blind but then I dont think it will make any difference cos he is just as qualified, well he has never managed a team either which is about what we need apparently.
