As short as even money with paddy power.
I've also heard that we are seriously interested in Leonardo Jardim - I'd never heard of him but I'm told he's the sporting Lisbon head coach. The Jardim think might only be gossip but apparently there's been a few quid on him.
Zola has drifted out to 5/1.

'm not certain Fawaz is looking short-term, but he certainly hasn't given up on securing promotion this season yet and that's where the difficulty lies, I would imagine.
Anyone who comes in would want an assurance that, if they secured promotion, they'd get a crack at the Premier League. Nobody worth their salt is going to come in for the remaining fixtures and then walk away to let someone else take that opportunity, but as play-offs are no longer even in your own control then what does Fawaz do? If he gets a big name in and they fail to get promotion then he's stuck with an expensive manager in the Championship, but if he succeeds then it's a longer-term appointment and that's a whole different ball game to just grabbing a manager to steer you through the next few weeks.

Fawaz needs to avoid the path Mandaric trod at Leicester, appointing high profile names with international experience who don't know the championship from their ar.se.
It's a really tough situation, he has gambled with Billy and spent millions on the basis that promotion will pay for it. Trouble is no manager can guarantee him that, he would be best to take his FFP medicine next season and build for the future with a Karl Robinson or Malky Mackay, but if he wants short term success at this stage of the season he will need someone who has done it before.

Course he didn't close the disabled areas at grounds, do you really believe that?
He express some different views on te origin of disability though.
To be honest I am not sure his views are any more far fetched or strange that those of a lot of different religions. Though that's a debate for a different arena entirely.
The next manager needs championship experience, especially of he is going to be given less than a season. No point goin for Pearce or anyone like that when there is no evidence they can get is promoted in their first season. That's why I could actually understand Fawaz going for Warnock, at least he knows how to get promotion in this league.
Not many managers with recent experience of promotion hanging around though! Especially ones willing to be sacked after a yeat!
