Who do you want to go up?

I'm new on here, though have read the forum most days, so gentle start.
IF we are promoted who would you like to be promoted with us?
I,d like it to be Burnley and the Sheep as that would be two relegation places accounted for. I don't think Burnley have enough especially when one of the big teams buy Ings in the summer and the sheep are not ready, a year behind us in developing a team. QPR would throw money at it again and maybe learnt a lesson on not buying so many prima donnas. Wigan have quite a bit of premiership quality already so both may do ok. I can't see whoever gets the 4th play off spot getting promoted, but who gave Palace a chance.
So who would you like to go up and why?

...of horns with the Blades.

It must be Natalie's boots that bother you.

I don't know. Maybe it's the hair. Plus she looks a bit like a dolphin, and who doesn't like dolphins?

Nat Jackson probably still sloshes when she walks from all the Billy Juice she's guzzled in the past 14 months. She's more pear-shaped than Forest's play-off campaign and looks like Rebecca Adlington in a hall of mirrors, plus is ginger. She has the perfect face for radio but her whiney voice wouldn't even work in that medium either.

Verdict: not even with Blackstarr's.

I think if any single statement turns me off her, it's this.

I dont want Derby or Forest up.

Burnley deserve to go up and have the added appeal of probably being a team we can finish above next season.

I like Big Mick so will be happy with Ipswich. I dont think we should fear Wigan so again happy enough with them.

Dont want QPR up. Redknapp is hideous.

Yes I was referring to the Hull Tigers debacle. Threatening fans with a potential 50% season ticket price increase if the name is rejected is quite despicable too.

I can see why Pearson was happy to ditch Hull and come back here

I think that's why I favour Ipswich above the others.

Nat Jackson - Irrespective of her looks her sport "reporting" is dull, emotionless and uninteresting. Her sycophantic wimpering around Billy Davies is also not very endearing.

I'm not sure how you could fancy her really? I mean she's no Louise Minchin is she?

TOTF - I didn't know about the 50% ticket price increase threat. That just increases my dislike of the man and is yet another reason to be thankful that we've fluked the owners that we have.

Joby, What can I say? Although I know she's not what you might call a "conventional" beauty, are we not all but mere slaves to biology?

Not very likely, but a late rally by Brighton and a flukey play-off victory would ensure a nice weekend at the seaside, plus 6 points.
As for Natalie, I've seen her many times on TV, outside the KP and in the Victoria Centre (Nott'm) and I don't think I've ever seen her smile. My tip for her would be- when on EMT try not to turn sideways, either that or go down the Rebecca Adlington route.

Leicester, Burnley and Wigan.
