Network Rail have scheduled maintenance work on May 17th which means there will be no trains between Dundee, Perth and Glasgow on cup final day.
Absolute nonsense and utterly ridiculous. Surely someone at Network Rail could have looked to see if there were any events on that weekend.
The supporters buses will get booked up very quickly now.

Done a bit of work clearing railway embankments when I was younger, smaller trees and scrub etc. This was always done on a Saturday night after the last train, as the Sunday trains were always later starting just saying like...........

How will the roads cope with the floods of fans leaving Perth.

Glasgow on the friday night for a night out then stay the night for the final, then stay sat night too.

You're joking?
Can't believe the final's not on a Sunday anyway. Some of us have to travel across the country though and buses stink.

Ivan I'm not having any issues booking a train for this day. Can get the 9:30am from Aberdeen apparently.
