I've listened to everything in hip hop virtually from paid in full right through the classic that dropped 20 years ago today illmatic, ready to die, life after death, the mmlp, the blueprint to some trash that tyga comes out with and kanye makes some of the best hip hop music of ever.

Commercial doesn't mean bad, at all. Go listen your unreleased copy of KRS one'a greatest hits catalogue and just remember that guy go tethered by the most commercial rapper in history nelly, and in one bar.

Nothing wrong with blowing up and having commercial success.
Kanye is a great producer, but his respect in the hip-hop world is long gone you can argue all you want.

He makes music people in suits click their fingers to and he ripped Ma$e's vocal style, he is wack along with Drake, Lil Wayne, Rick Ross and all the rest of the current pop rappers...Like Nas said Hip-Hop is dead.

If Yaya Toure says that Samuel Eto'o wasn't appreciated he may be right but the reason is not because he was African.
It's because he was playing in a Barcelona side with Messi on the other side of the attack,who was still young and not the player he is today.
The big factor was Ronaldinho in his prime,who was by far and away the best footballer in the world by a country mile.Like many Brazilians though he wasted his talent and became a playboy,a real shame as he really was that good and could have been the best player of all time.
After each Barcelona game they used to show 5-10 minutes of Ronaldinho's tricks and flicks,he was just sublime!

No he didn't.

Most under served poty award in history. Around the time Africa became a big deal in the press.

He didnt lead his team to anything significant and was truly average in terms of goal return.
