Firstly Moyes being sacked was 100% the correct thing to do.
BUT fact is he wasn't helped by how poor some of the players we have actually are.
I'll just run through players who aren't up to it
Smalling - sure he's decent but he is Newcastle decent not Man Utd
Evra - been poor for 3 years
Vidic - probably been our best defender this season BUT is always injured and is no where near the player we all know
Rio - just needs to end he's well past best
Cleverley - I have no words but he is a Norwich City type player
Fletcher - needs to retire or move to SPL
Carrick - has been awful this season and slows down our game
Young - just shocking I've always hated him. Never been good enough
Valencia - past his best and his crossing I pub league standard
Nani - hardly played but when he has been pathetic
Fellaini - awful signing would not have been signed by any other manager other than Moyes at Utd.
Hernandez - maybe hasn't played much but when he has mostly been poor and doesn't effect games when he starts.
I guess the obvious comeback will be "we won the league last season with same players" and yes of course we did but that was under Fergie and god knows how he done it with them players.
To be fair on Moyes

Everyone is going to see things slightly different. My views were just how I see it don't expect everyone to agree word for word.

Hmm.... Go and ask Liverpool fans how most their players looked rubbish without good management.
It keeps getting said but this team is full of champions and players who under right management could have taken giant leaps to add to them. Yes players are getting old, yes, players were unmotivated but let it be clear OUR TEAM IS NOT RUBBISH. Even valencia used rightly is a good player for us. Fecking young. Cleverley in the hands of Martinez looked like a world beater!!!
I would like to see a good manager in charge of our team. I bet you they would suddenly become a lot less rubbish.

Let's be clear please. Tom Cleverley has never looked anything other than an average player. He would do a decent job at a small PL club or a top Championship side but NEVER good enough for a side like Utd. And that speaks volumes that people think he is, your standards have dropped.

When at wigan, he scored 7 goals in half a season from midfield with tons of assist. I do not think all our midfielders have scored 7 goals together in 3 season. He was bright and full of potential.

stretty; he looked very good and many were hoping he would step up to replace scholes in the 1st half of the season he returned b4 getting injured
he has since regressed, saf in recent years was not one to nuture talent so he stagnated. But as soon as moyes came through the door he found a new level of $hit and so did many of our players.

Precisely, have a look at our midfield options in the 2007-08 season:
Carrick
Hargreaves
Scholes
Fletcher
Anderson (Young and full of promise)
Giggs
Possebon (Looked good before he got injured)
Gibson
Cleverley would have struggled for minutes in the reserves.
