Why do people always say selling sturridge was a mistake? At the time he was terrible and showed no signs of potential, he was a greedywho would never defend, he couldn't play as a striker for us and still wouldn't be able to now because he's not good as a lone striker having to hold the ball up and do all the all round work etc, he works much better in a 2 or 4-3-3 and at the time we was playing 4-2-3-1 and still are, even tho i'm not a fan of it.

If we bought Sturridge tomorrow and stuck him back in for our next game he'd be crap simple as

Makes no sense, we gave him 45 mins v Blackburn upfront and 33 minutes v WBA upfront in the league and you have made your mind up? In every other situation he scored for us (winger, fa cup, loan). We stuck by Torres, and have suffered because of it.

What do you mean he showed no potential? Is his Bolton loan, being PL top scorer for us in his first full season as a regular professional football player and an overall goal/games record of 1 every 180 minutes at Chelsea during which he arrived age 19 and was playing wing 95% of the time not good enough for you? He is working in a two right now, so is Suarez - would you also take Suarez? Bitter people who can't stand seeing themselves be wrong on Sturridge create the worst excuses from nowhere on how it wasn't a mistake to sell him. Tell me what exactly was right about selling Sturridge and replacing him with Ba. If you just don't like Sturridge, fair enough. I don't like Suarez/Tevez but would still take either for Chelsea.

Makes no sense at all, I know people hate his personality and what not. Fair enough, I don't see what the problem was. But to let him go on the cheap, and still have faith in Torres was not a smart choice.

You could submit your resignation! Any manager who fails to start his most creative player AND TOP SCORER, probably out of spite, deserves a one way ticket out of London.

He didn't look fully fit against Atletico, probably the reason why he switched of for two of their goals. Could that not be a possibility? Or is your desperation for him too leave so strong, due to the fear he may actually start winning big trophies again?

I notice that many of your replies on most entries begin with "makes no sense", perhaps you are slow on understanding other people's points of view, or maybe you would rather that they all agree with you? Not going to happen, so grow up!
