Nowhere near Neville.

Don't like the way he says 'we' when describing Liverpool. Too biased for me.

If Liverpool aren't involved he is a 4 but when they do come into it, he does become biased.

OK. Better than Redknapp and inferior to Neville.

True - i have picked up on the "we" thing as well. I can pardon that when as a PUNDIT cos I think the all do that.

However, I must say saying "we" as an ANALYST comes across as very unprofessional. He should learn from Neville.

I dont think he needs to be that partial. Just because he says we, that hasnt stopped him from laying into Liverpool when he feels its necessary. The only thing he needs to do is to start getting his point across quickly rather than just waffle on for too long.
