Has been the buzz regarding how the makeup of the Championship next season is gonna make it the league to follow. Am curious how folk here see it as for myself it wont make one iota of difference until basically this time next year when it becomes clear who is coming up and who is going down. The media are building it up as if it will be the focus of the entire nation am I wrong in assuming that like myself fans of the teams in the Premier league will still be focussed on where their team actually plays ?
I have no doubt that there will be far more following the Championship because it will contain clubs that have a larger following than is normally the case and also as the last few years have shown the media through realising the percentage Rangers fans comprise their target audience have given unprecedented coverage to leagues that in years gone by sole media presence was the reading out of the scores for people checking their coupon.
Next season

I expect the same level of disinterest which had been shown to Rangers over the last two years to continue....

debear I kow your at the WUM mate but taking a serious note for a sec you actually don't because the interest has been in the main due to the sideshow rather than the fitba . Roles reversed I would have hoped for the route of boring formality because it was taken as a given my club would progress systematically

The media will become interested if the league is competitive, but if rangers romp it no one will care.

It'd be good to talk about just footy again
On the whole - the more competitve our league is then the better our team should get.
The off the field stuff is soul destroying.
A relative has been using my ST for the last 3 seasons. My name has been on that seat for 20 years.
It looks as though I (we) are gonna lose it now
