It going to be less predictable than the Top Table thats for sure. I cannot deny I will be paying attention to the lower league for the first time in a long while, but it is the lower league and the clubs in it are at that level, if the media centres it's focus on the 2nd tier it'll say more about their professional standards that they'd rather watch Can't Cook Won't Cook when they should be watching Masterchef?
"it wont make one iota of difference until basically this time next year "
Same as every year then?
I think it goes without saying the regards the coverage next season from the media. They are already priming the audience to expect such.
It is offcourse fed by the fact we will have no genuine title threat but adversely it is more case of as it stands the media are basing their assumptions upon the fact they feel Rangers are gonna struggle and that has miles in it regards news.
Agree I will like yourself have greater knowledge of what is happening week to week in the Championship but will be more from a voyeurs perspective than actually interested in the fitba being played.
Basically ath , am sure it was pretty much the same for yourself regards the lower leagues before you became part of them
I expect the same level of disinterest which had been shown to Rangers over the last two years to continue....
debear I kow your at the WUM mate but taking a serious note for a sec you actually don't because the interest has been in the main due to the sideshow rather than the fitba . Roles reversed I would have hoped for the route of boring formality because it was taken as a given my club would progress systematically
The media will become interested if the league is competitive, but if rangers romp it no one will care.
It'd be good to talk about just footy again
On the whole - the more competitve our league is then the better our team should get.
The off the field stuff is soul destroying.
A relative has been using my ST for the last 3 seasons. My name has been on that seat for 20 years.
It looks as though I (we) are gonna lose it now
Really sorry to hear that about your seat mate
Am with ya on the circus moving on , whole attraction of a circus is in its swift pops up from nothing and then its gone again till the next time it rolls into town. This one is more familiar than Coronation Street
Awe for fitba being the star again
