If this is how Scotland does Armageddon then leave disaster movies to the yanks and the Nippon

On another topic read an article last night on here regarding which bears had or had not renewed their season tickets and then listened SSB. Was brought up that as best as they can discern there have only been 4,000 sold. Obviously not enough to be a going concern and perhaps the reason for such an early deadline is to allow the board to take the steps needed to go on as a business. According to the thread a few have renewed and sincerely hope you aint done you dough

Seen the positives in such also Irvine but surely that would have been the smart option before the season finshed so as to eat the points when they didn't matter

Of course they aren't the same club. Why would you need to transfer the SFA license to the same club.
However they play at Ibrox and are called Rangers and have the same fans as before so the oldco/newco arguments are pointless.

Spot on Irvine
The creditors allowed Green to use the name Rangers to call them anything else is silly
For the record should this team once again become our biggest rival I will get equal pleasure from beating them and feel as gutted losing to them as I did with them in former incarnation .
Rivalry is between fan bases and that hasent changed

It would seem that there are divisions amongst the major shareholders as well as with everyone else involved in this shambles.

BTG good analysis
Probably deserves to be discussed separately given this article has focused on the Rangers situation.

Ivan
Was actually not expecting such in regards the article potion of the OP
While I am sure it wont sit well with Rangers fans , what has come about since has probably more than anything set Scottish fitba as whole on the road to be a healthy productive setup, both domestically and internationally.
BTG
Near on most of what has been positive is natural, its Scottish fitba getting back to what it was

Strangely enough one of the very few clubs that don't appear to be trying harder to live within their means is Rangers

What you expect Smith, McCoist, Blue Knights and all the pundits joined in the chorus of its Rangers and we have to be seen doing things the Rangers way
Add that to a board who didn't give two fecks longterm so long as they got their share and it was set in stone from the git go
