Some various articles are circulating that we are trying to sign Andy Delort who is leaving Tours F.C.
Big, Strong, Pacey Striker who likes to get stuck in, as well as bang in 24 goals in 36 ligue 2 games last season.
We know that Steve Walsh was back in france in the last few months of the season, this guy definitely looks like he fits the bill and if Tours are resigned to letting him leave, he can't be valued much more than 2-3 Million Pounds.
Be an absolute steal if we get a player like him.

Just watched a 7 min video on You Tube and he looks good, ideal for what we're looking for in terms of work rate and he can score goals.

Never heard of him. I did think this was more the way we would be going though. Im sure i remember Pearson saying something along the lines of 'we wont of heard of our targets' when asked about potential signings.

"If Tours are resigned to letting him leave, he can't be valued much more than 2-3 Million Pounds."
Tours may be resigned to him wanting to play at a higher level, but there are two years left on his contract, so it's not like they have to sell him this window to get a fee for him – they can afford to play hardball to some extent.
They did get him on a free, though, so any fee would be a clear profit. And his Transfermarkt valuation is just over £1.5m, so a no-nonsense £2m+ 'cash on the nail if you make your minds up quickly' offer might be a figure they felt they couldn't afford to turn down.
BTW, he got 8 assists last season as well as the 24 goals.
