Actually fuzzy we were in 14th place, so ill meet you in the middle of your 20th and my 8th. He left on the 30th aug 2006!! Still the facts are facts, if we dont make a change now we will be that far adrift when sharpe comes back its not going to matter! Sod has done us proud, but I feel and maybe he does, its time for a change, crowds are dropping, people are losing faith, mr ryan will have to do something when its starts hitting him the pocket, we need a new injection and that means a new boss!!

Meath. Both players had done one training session each. In SOD's interview, he said that bringing both of them in wasn't ideal, but he thought that Rovers had played well enough on Thursday for them to come in and give something. But then he gets a performance like that.

You also hear something of that niche market that we're working on. They're 18 and 19 years old and haven't yet played league football. No top championship club will risk giving such players that sort of experience. Donny will. And so we will find a JET, a Jason Shackell, a Ryan Mason, a Jordan Mutch every now and then.

northoftheborder - I was wrong due to poorly labelled links on the site I use.

Thats the table as Penney left the club. 16th place.

I think you've seen that I'll stick to my guns on this. I will remain stuck to them even if we do get relegated simply because, as I've explained, the league position, although important, is not the most important issue due to what we are trying to do.

If we lose tuesday, then lose to bristol at home I think hes a gonna, surely even mr Ryan can only take so much! We cant just sit here waiting for players to come back expecting everything to change, but thats not certain! The main problem is for every player we get back we lose 2 more, and that no coincidence, its sods style that is the problem, the big physical teams just resort to crocking are lads because they know its the best way to beat us, and this will just continue now while hes incharge, can knowbody else see this?? The game is up, we need to change are manager, change are style, change the whole attitute of this club now and we might, just might be able to get out of this mess, if not this will just continue ending in us going back down!!

I would just like to stress the point that we have no replacement (even if not as good) for Billy Sharp so when he comes back he may get injured again or he may go to another club in January if he scores a few goals. We need to buy another striker (at least one) - one that has a proven record at a lower level that we can develop now - I think £500K for Le Fondre is not excessive knowing we will get £3 million for Billy and we have a replacent lined up

you won't get 3mill for billy as clubs can see he is injury prone.

what was billy doing in players lounge at leeds vs hull?some at ground said it was to see his mate keoge but others say they hate each other after sharp was seeing andys girl behind his back while at scunny.reason he would never thought about signing on loan at donny last season.he has looked good in 2 games since he has come back to leeds.

I am giving him till the leeds and bristol city games until i voice what i feel drfc should do, everyone knows my views on here of him anyway theyve been aired numerous occassions in the past and they will never change really as long as he's still here, i suppose its habit if you do or think something of someone or something then its hard to break the habit as they say. Just a mention of a potential manager Dave Jones was mentioned which IMO is a good shout or Gary Johnson (currently at Northampton) but at the moment he who only moves when the wind blows is still in charge so that article can be for another day

----------

he is like any other excellent player when youve a reputation like he has your prime target number 1 for nasty, late tackles thats where his injuries mainly come from

Superwhites - Billy said himself he went on holiday to Vegas with Keogh this summer so don't believe the hate each other rumours

Also Billy's wife works for Leeds Utd, remember how excited people got over that photo of him at your promotion party when his loan was up with us?

Superwhites.....he was seeing his mate, Keogh. The test is idle gossip. Billy tried to persuade Keogh to come in loan at Donny last year when he first signed but Mick Mac kyboshed any deal then.
