I'm in the camp that considers Dawson to be surplus to requirements and believes he ought to leave. Yes he has been a very loyal servant to our club, but to me he's not good enough and certainly not if we hope to progress. Hopefully once the contract issues with Hull are sorted out, then he probably will go.
However, my concern(one of many) at the club is that after Dawson, there aren't many leaders in the squad.
Personally, I believe that Lloris is the best person for it since not only is he the France national team captain but he's the best player in our squad along side Eriksen.

least like to loose verts...for this season...see if ponch can get his head screwed back on....
and a FIT kab wld be the best for me.....all long shots and i wld agree not to sell ANYONE before we've bought in......
tbh....it may be more of a'as a unit' thing....cos we been SOOOOOOO bad at the back for time.

You could be onto something there as i genuinely see other clubs with lesser players perform better defensively than us.
