This sums it all up for me!

I feel to a large extent I have stood on my own during this period of the Takeover by making the comments about Ryan that I did. My comments were not exactly popular but they turned out to be accurate. As a result of those comments on the VSC I have received a personal threat and I am having it checked out. It appears to have been orchestrated by a number of individuals who at this stage will remain nameless.

I will later print why I support the VSC in its battle against the Doncaster Rovers Supporters Group, a group set up by Ryan to destroy the VSC, another of Ryan's big mistakes.

If you stand back and read this article, I don't know the man, but he puts into words exactly what I was saying in a far more articulate way.

If we can't even offer Copps a contract, what hope is there for us!?
Very sad and extremely disappointed.

There is only one reason that Copps,Turnbull,Wellens and Bailey wont be with us next season ~ that is that Brammall want to work on a two bob budget and put the youth team into first team shirts.
PD has next to no chance of putting a competetive side out next season.
I cant accept that Barnsley are so much better off than us.
What a joke TB and his cronies are.
I know that Copps is gutted at not being offered a deal by this lot but (Lanza please note) that he has numerous clubs interested in having him on their books.
Our only hope is that PD has the ability to get some decent loanees but i am concerned whether he will be allowed to do so given the owners declaration that they want to build from within.
I repeat what i said previously - if we can even maintain a mid table position i will be suprised.

It is very depressing. When you read the comments from Turnbull who seems to think Barnsley will be Paradise (I thought we’d lose him to a Championship club), and now we cannot keep Coppinger, there are some serious problems with man management at the Rovers. I know PD was put in a difficult position, but he should have had a Plan B. Copps says he has not had an offer – I would have thought talks with all players would have covered all possibilities. The fact several jumped ship before the collapse of the TO seems to indicate a lack of belief in the future even with the supposed increase in budget.

Personally, if I was PD and could not persuade the owners to do enough to keep Copps, I’d quit.

I was optimistic of at least a top six finish, now I’m worried about keeping out the bottom four.

Something is definitely not right with the owners. They've got something in the pipeline that will benefit themselves, I can smell it and it doesn't smell nice.

We could have the best young team in the league if they get their way. One that'll have a chance of winning the league. The only problem is, that the league will be the bloody conference.

Hi Micky, I think PD did have a plan B which was smaller than plan A, but the owners have scuppered him with a plan C of their own. By the way I have heard that Copps could become a teammate of Turnbull, Wellens to Huddersfield.

By the way the caterers have said on the OS that people will not have to wait as long as last season to be served. Presumably due to there being far fewer people at games!!!!!!!!!

BVZ,maybe you and i are now on the same wavelengh here.
Ten or so great years are about to be flushed down the pan and in a couple of years we could well be back where we started.
With Brammall in charge there is only one way we are going and it isnt up.
He could become more despised than Richardson.

The comment about not having to wait as long to be served with drinks etc is so true.
In the last few years the fanbase has been steadily growing due to the increase in new young fans.
A couple of disastrous seasons could see the end of their love affair with the Rovers.

Bang on the money hound. I just cant believe what the hel1 is going on. Totally agree with the comment about him being more despised than Richardson, and I'd never ever thought I'd say that of anyone.
