Well here it is, the cold wet Tuesday night in Yorkshire, not as cold as it will be later in the season so a good time to give our continental friends a taste of what's to come.
After a pretty dismal start to the League Campaign it would be good to get a bit of a confidence boost tonight by giving Accrington Stanley a good pasting............Can we do it ???
Capital One Cup first round

Team News
Leeds United will welcome Tommaso Bianchi into the squad for the Capital One League Cup clash with Accrington Stanley on Tuesday night.
Bianchi was suspended for Leeds opening championship game against Millwall on Saturday and he is expected to come into the starting eleven.
Fellow Italians Gaetano Berardi and Zan Benedicic will also be hoping to make their first competitive appearance for Leeds having been amongst the unused substitutes at Millwall.
Steve Morison missed the game with Millwall on Saturday and he will be assessed ahead of the game.
Former Leeds youngster Will Hatfield is a doubt for Stanley. Hatfield came through the Leeds academy before being released in 2012. The midfielder is struggling with a hip injury that ruled him out of their first game of the season against Southend United.
Goalkeeper Jay Lynch (Bolton Wanderers) and James Alabi (Stoke City) joined Stanley on the eve of the new season and will be pushing for a starting place having been named amongst the substitutes on Saturday.

Disappointed we didn't go on to score 3/4. We only had 3 shots on target, perhaps Douks will be like be like beckford and just take chances when they come his way.

Boro walked past Oldham 3-0 will be a difficult game for us

Three strikes on target against L2 opposition, playing at home, says it all really. We still have one hell of a lot to do to threaten good Championship teams. Can't see us getting owt against Boro. We need the new signings to blend into an effective unit and that will take several more games and assuming the Hock is up to the job of coaching them and getting things right tactically. The latter requirement is not something I'm confident he can do. The sooner he goes the better.
My own opinion, of course. Feel free to disagree.

With the new players we have and the 3 new lads coming in I think we will be fine this season.
Might take a few games to gel but can see us getting it right on the field, Cellino clearly wants to have a competitive team.
And still more players to come in

What Leeds United Italia said!
We've seen plenty of sides in this league make a poor start, then come storming on as the season progresses ..

I'm looking forward to Saturday. With a few new additions in the side who knows what we are truly capable of?

Midds fans are drooling over their attacking options so I think it might be a tough game.
Hope we can get the new guys in today!
Need a result Sat - even a point would do for me at this stage.
We will improve as players settle into their roles and get to know each other in a competitive situation.
