This is a good article explaining the issue with Rojo's work visa. The FA have already issued his international transfer certificate and he's in line to get a work permit, but it's just this allegation case of assault that's holding it back.
Once he gets it over and done with he can play in the league. I was scared this might be a player that will never play for the club but I'm not too worried now. If he's found guilty the most he'll get is community service.

When United bought him he didn't have this case hanging over him, once he signed on the dotted line it had been brought back up. Probably the victim trying to make money from Rojo's move.

You should have done, he was recharged with it back in May.
