The last transfer window we were running around like headless chickens trying to sign a centreback and one name we were linked to was Virgil van Dijk from Celtic, he is a 6ft 4 (I know ppl are addicted to height on here) and was part of the a defensive record with Celtic, I think?!
Anyway what do we think about him, scouting etc.... as we may be going for him in Jan and with celtic having to CL, its a possibility...

Don't forget that Henke won a CL winners medal after he left us. In fact he came on as a sub and set up both the goals that won the final. Remind me, who did Barca beat in that final.
