Don't forget having no pre season probably hasn't helped RVP. Often players will say how important pre season is, especially the older you get.

I think he just needs a rest. He's been starting almost every game for us and the Netherlands so a drop to the bench for a game or two certainly wouldn't hurt him.

He's still a top striker, just suffering a bit from injuries/fatigue, and the constant changing around of our system and the players around him

RVP and Falcao will start and Mata will be the no 10 hopefully.

Is Smalling back from injury? If he is fit, he should play

He's our best CB IMO.

Scared this could be the Leicester game repeat or Suderland game. Not enough balance, should have played Fletcher instead of Mata. Reckon West brom 3-4 Man utd with that lineup and most of our goals coming after subs being made.

Very good shout hafi,woeful from Mata,Januzaj so far and expect one or both off for 2nd half. Both offer nothing defensively. Shaw has looked poor but without any support from Di Maria. Rojo classy but Jones an absolute donkey on the ball. Balance looks wrong,maybe too many lefties.

Really liked what I saw from Rojo today, he was the only man in defence that was direct on his tackles and he sorted things out really well. Rafael and Shaw cost us the game, absolutely dreadful defending.
