So how has Welbeck been getting on?

If I am honest I cannot decide between him and Giroud...

If pushed I think I would go with Giroud as he seems to offer more in build up play and is better in the air...

but its close, they are both very ordinary players if the truth be told.

He has scored goals for us already that Giroud could only dream of.

He is nothing special but he is only young, I expect him to score 25+ goals in all competitions this season, providing he stays fit and Giroud stays injured.

He has been a waste of space in the big games. Absolutely shocking v Dortmund and Chelsea especially.
Whenever Gunther mentions Girouds 22 last season the argument is none were in the big games. Yet some seem delighted by Welbeck no shows as he scored against the mighty Hull and Villa...

How many big games has Giroud played in without doing a thing? Welbeck has been good in some games, shít in others, pretty much like everyone else in our squad with exception to Alexis.

I will give him time before jumping on his back, we are meant to support our players, not blindly abuse them without reason and write them off almost instantly because of petty agendas.

It is funny that people are defending him for the same things they attacked Giroud for, even changing their usernames to anti - Arsenal ones...
The same people, I may add, who absolutely caaaanted Sheriff John Brown and Welbeck off when SJB suggested we should sign him.

I'm not defending Welbeck at all, I have said already he has played well in some games, shít in other games.

He hasn't even been at the club for 2 months and people are writing him off already. Yes he was shít at United and that's why I canted SJB off because I didn't want him at the club at all and said when we signed him I wasn't happy about it.

But he is an Arsenal player now so the least we can do is support him and give him a chance, people like you are waiting to jump on his back when he has barely even played for us yet, barely even played with players who are going to get the best out of him ie Ozil, Ramsey, Walcott.

There is no comparison between him and Giroud, he's played 2 games against City and Chelsea. Giroud has played 17 games vs City, Chelsea, Liverpool & United and has 1 goal and 1 assist. The latter has a diabolical record. In 11/12 alone when Welbeck was played as a striker, he scored home and away vs Arsenal, away at City, 2 assists vs Chelsea, that's enough proof there in one season he is capable of scoring in the big games - something Giroud has never done in his entire time with us.

Oh yea, forgot to mention the fact that you've been hyping up that clown Sanogo ever since he joined us yet you are constantly on Welbeck's back, so maybe stop lying to all of us and pretending you don't have an agenda against him
