Modric is not the answer

For ages now we have been talking about Modric as if he is another Messi or C. Ronaldo, surely Modric is no where near any of them, why do we keep tearing our shirts over him? Will he really solve all our midfield problems? I doubt it, imo he is becoming over rated, we should learn from Utd who have shown that they have faith in their youngsters. We should give Josh a chance alongside Mikel and Ramirez. We still have the aging Lampard, Malouda and Benayoun to act as cover in difficult games.

AVB has not really shown any balls so far, if he cannot drop Lampard and give Josh a chance then he is not too different from Carlo. All he has been able to do is to drop our best striker from the starting line up and now we are struggling to win games.

Torres is pretty attractive up front but so far he has not been effective, now we are crying out for a midfielder to spoon feed him, imo a striker who cannot fend for himself like most other pl strikers is not worth it.
