VC, both these players have been just good this season as well. Fair play to Fella for turning his performances around, because that guy was diabolical last season. Absolute pants. Juan Mata for the fee paid still needs to do more. I am not l ic king his A ss like some here.

The problem with last season was not with the players.
The season before the same group of players were playing well. even the ones we bought were doing well before we bought them.
The following season the same group of players are now doing better.

Haha, 4 weeks ago we were 10th and people were talking about sacking LVG and coming out with Moyes>LVG. Now that we are 4th and have more points than at this stage last season it is wrong to "obsess" over Moyes and keep picking at the bones...
That said, the comparison is as pointless and meaningless now as I said it was a month ago...
