Previous near miss transfer targets

Would just like the opinion of liverpool fans in relation to a couple of near miss transfer targets over the past two transfer windows and if they would have made a positive difference to the team this season if fully fit.
Would konoplyanka and remy have been better signings than markovic and ballotelli or would we be in relatively the same position in the league?
On a seperate note,do any liverpool fans think carlos bacca would be a good signing for us in relation to scoring goals and overall team play if bought in the next transfer window?

And for 10-15m more Arsenal got Sanchez....a highly polished diamond.

People say he wanted London.....Arsenal could offer more money. But why not just sign him and not Markowho and Mario, the combined fee and wages would have been more than enough.

He is the new Borini

Come on guys, i'm sure that it's more than just London, as to why he came to us.
Maybe it's because we have a better stadium, better (more renound) manager, better squad, virtually guaranteed CL football every year......and the location too.

I'd have Kono in a heart beat myself and I'm almost certain that Ibe would have produced as much as Markovic has this season. Ibe does commit people and he has cajones. You know the lad is going to attack and get his shot off but maybe Brendan wanted him to develop out of the lime light a bit and he's in a good place at Derby.

Kono though is positive and seasoned. He has shown in his games against England that he can handle the pressure of being a main man on a big stage and still produce.

The Remy one is difficult. If he had bizzle in his system then they're not going to sign him but Chelsea love coke heads so he's probably in the right place.

I'd love to get Kono and Cabaye in January. I know it's not the striker we need but maybe we'll have Balo (who for some reason I still harbour hopes for) and Studge back by then and those two would add sorely needed goals from midfield that Allen never will.

Don't get this "what has markovich done" rubbish.

Most of the same people are creaming over getting Origi back, yet marko has a far better scoring rate. And without penalties.

He has been a key member of two title winning squads so far, the lad has bags of talent.

As for ibe, he's in a great place, and has bagged four goals so far for Derby, needs to stay where he is, and if they get promoted, even go back next season.

No idea why people are excited about Origi, he made Tony Hibbert look like a top class RB
