Schinderlin as you say mate looks like Pochs number 1 target Levy MUST go all out and get him.

At what sort of cost exactly? By that I mean if you were Levy and Poch told you he wanted him, how much would you sanction we offer for him? £20m? £30m?

25 million would do the trick. Maybe even do 15million and Townsend. Poch wants him so go get him.

Chronic, different subject but as you didn't answer me on the other thread......atmosphere at the lane against ch avs on a scale of 1 - 10? did we give the ba stards stick all game?

it was good. heard better against chelsea or arsenal in the past.

probably give it an 8. at times a 9, but long periods when it was quiet. especially first half, but yes, we were giving them loads of sticks but they pretty much all left early.

Be fair to Levy- there was no way Southampton were going to sell Morgan to us last summer.

Cabaye would be a fantastic signing. Haven't really seen enough of McCarthy, but clearly we have a CM berth going free (Mason has nowhere near the quality for us longer-term, even though his drive and desire is commendable)

He was Everton's best player last season. There was a joke floating about at one point saying 'Water covers 70% of the Earth's service, the other 30% is covered by McCarthy', top player.

unlimited funds.

southampton made it perfectly clear that he was not for sale last summer, and we don't have the money to start bidding ridiculous money for MS of all people.
