Smid, imo mant Tims would want him to go, I have always thought any manager should get 2-3 transfer windows and 2 seasons to implement any changes in style of play
Unless you are manager of Celtic or Rangers, we, as fans seem to have less patience than many other teams, this is my thoughts only to be fair, he would most likely go if he lost the semi or the league if pushed for an answer
