The only thing i worry about is our Hampden Hoodoo. We do not perform well in that place. We are better than rangers, we all know that, really depends what celtic turn up on the day.

Rangers will win comfortably.

I hope it's raining that day as the Hampden pitch tends to be pretty sticky so a bit of rain will make it slick for us to play our passing game

It will also allow the bears to get a wash

I have never been confident before an Old Firm match and this one is no different

I will be shieting myself a week before, the morning of the game I will get up early and start drinking, heavily as soon as my feet hit the floor, ticket is pending through a mate so not even certain of that yet.

If both teams bring their A game we should win but how often have we brought that this season? Rangers have a few more Old Firm veterans and that will defo help, we have "better" players, tough call imo, actually feel like starting drinking now just even talking about the match

Toiler, they might as well not bother with this freak show.

Everyone knows the real final is played the day before.

Very true Ivan.

United and Dons is the purists semi final.

Continental style one touch football.

Toiler, let's face it who would people rather see?

A game between two teams full of craft, guile and imagination, two teams who are trying to reinvent the famous "Scottish Style" of play with predominantly home grown talent...

Or a game between a bunch of foreign mercenaries and aged cloggers?

I think we all know which game gets the pulses racing for true football aficionados.

Wasn't successful in the ballot. Stopped taking away offers the back end of last season to save up and that's cost me.

Was still hopeful as my points should be pretty high as the past 4 seasons before this my offer letter was used pretty much every time for any I got which was pretty much all bar the smaller allocations like ICT.

Been offered hospitality for £150. No chance I'm paying that though when the face value is £30.

NNH I stand corrected mate, still heavy sheiting maself about the game

Toiler/Ivan, very fair points lads, but you have to admit there is also a chance for the clogger teams to get one over on the silky ball players

I think there's a few hospitality packages left, £150 is a bit steep, not sure it's worth that.

Praying I've got one, not missed an Old Firm game since I was 12

Don't fancy going to the game or being in a boozer watching it unless massive Tic majority in it....there is 100% going to be a lot of trouble probably later in the day.....doubly or trebly so if - as expected - Rangers get beat......plenty of Bears out there with massive chips on their shoulders and a shitload of anger! Hope I am wrong but Ladbrokes are offering 1/10 that I'm right

posted on 13/1/15

I'm surprised at that 7.

I've not heard of any Rangers fans who have genuine expectations of winning so surely they wouldn't be angry at losing the game?

I'd imagine the only thing that would turn things to trouble is if there was goading by the winning team?

What time is the kick-off?

posted on 13/1/15

I thought about it for a minute but no chance man. I'm not interested in eating a meal before and after it and sitting in the shiiite seats for £120 more than the face value. Would rather be behind the goal.
