I fully agree that Robles should have retained his spot in the side.

Never hidden away from the fact that I rate him, he is just a young keeper who needs minutes as many don't seem to get.

I also saw the player Besic would become, same with stones while others pointed out their flaws(guess martinez can't take that credit)

Haven't seen anyone say besic or stones won't be good players. Robels shouldn't have been dropped for Howard but I must admit I don't think he is good enough long term ( don't mind being proved wrong) imo players like robels, alcarez & Mcgready just aren't good enough for us.

Robles and Alcaraz had a very good FA Cup final and I believe Alcaraz had been injured for a while before that, so from my point of view I only had my Wigan mates views on them. McEady, well the Scots lads didn't think alot of him and I would say the majority of us now know he is not Premiership. Kone actually looks okay and just needs match time. I think the reason quite a few fans were upset and then thought themselves vindicated is that Robles had about 3 clean sheets and then as soon as he is fit in comes Howard who in all honesty had not been in good form prior to his injury he then comes in and concedes in every game except this last one. Likewise Garbutt, he has grown in confidence game on game and as soon as Baines is fit out Garbutt goes. Both instances are terrible Man management especially as it could not have been a decision based on form, and even though they are professionals Garbutt and Robles confidence must be somewhat affected. We know also that Barry will be straight in, next game, who hand on heart thinks that would be justified.

Arouna hmmmmm!!!!! must have hit a nerve. You either do not go to the games, in which case my armchair comment is not only funny but accurate. Boring comments on the Manager really. Have you actually listened to him, he thinks that Wigan not finishing higher than 14th and his season upon season battle with relegation is a compliment to his managerial abilities. I am not the only one, I guarantee (well about as much as you can that everyone thinks negative managerial comments are boring) that the majority do not want to see him in charge next season. As for Moyes avoiding relegation with us in his second season, that is hardly the same as RM given the stats above is it. I will add a provisio and that is over our last 9 games he shows that he can actually adapt as that was quite refreshing against Newcastle.
