Sturridge available for Arsenal Match

So some good news, it seems Daniel's injury is not as serious as first feared. It seemed we had lost him for another month due to injury but the club reckon the injury is not serious enough to rule him out.

It may be risky to give him an injection but the plan seems to take the risk hoping he makes it to the end of the season unscathed when he can then have a full summer of rehab and pre season training, he hasn't had that for a while.

Either way it's great to have him available when it seemed he would be out for a month. That or the club have pulled a fast one on Hodgson . Seems unlikely with his injury record though.

Personally I would still start Sterling as the lone striker as that system seems to work better for us. Sturridge and in form charity match Balotelli we have options. Thoughts?

I'd start with Sterling up front for the Arsenal game.
Bring Sturidge on in the second half

That's exactly the same record we had against United before the FA cup

Yeah records are always there to be broken.

Arsenal away is a hard game so of course our record there is not going to be great.

We are capable of winning there.

Whether we will is another matter.

Don't fancy us either, we always play poorly at arsenal. Even when we won 2-0 we struggled until suarez came on and needed a really lucky own goal to break the deadlock against ten men.

Can't see us winning but stranger things have happened.

And arsenal are in good form too...
Id love us one time to play superb at arsenal and take the bloody points...but its a given that we play jimmy white there..

Arsenal have won 3 times at Old Trafford this century, in 20 visits.

Liverpool have won twice in 19 visits to Arsenal this century.

Not 'exactly the same' but it's hardly a big difference.

We always struggle with early kick offs. 2-1 to Liverpool my prediction
