would he benefit us ? do we need him ? or have we learned our lesson ?

StuDogg is right. At age of 20 he got into double figures for goals last season, and will likely do it again as he's on 9, something that the likes of Oscar, Willian and Schurrle struggled with. He's shown his versatility, hard work as well as his off the ball movement (underrated). When his finishing gets better he has it in him to be getting 20 goals in all competitions / season, if he's played centrally/as an inside forward.
Again at age 20, he leads Liverpool for goals, assists, chances created. I'm a big fan of his and I've seen a lot underrate him recently. Eg. On a potential Walcott - Sterling swap. Obviously Arsenal would get the good end of the deal with that.

I can't believe there are Chelsea fans on here who seriously think our right wing is good enough with Willian and Cuadrado.
Yes they put in a defensive shift but they are nowhere near top level players attacking-wise. And as we've seen with Hazard and Fabregas the defensive work-rate can be trained into a player so I don't buy this "tracking back" bóllocks.
The important questions are:
Will Sterling improve our 1st XI?
Almost certainly.
Does he have the potential to be world class?
Yes, with the right coaching.
Will he available at a reasonable price?
Most likely not.
The last question is where our issue lies. Not this tracking back/defensive winger rubbish. Since when did we become so negative?
Just look at every other top team. Their wingers/attacking mids are elite attackers first and foremost. If we ever really want to be challenge the best and go some semblance of toe to toe with them then we need to get rid of this mentality of defensive wingers. All we need to do is put Azpi back at RB at it solves almost all our defensive problems along the right-hand side.

I cant Believe that their are Chelsea fans who have written off Cuadrado after few mins of football

I'm surprised people seem so underwhelmed by him, tbh - I personally consider him one of the most talented young players around currently.
He's only the second English player to win the European Golden Boy award (selected by journalists from across the continent).
Obviously, this isn't in itself proof that he's going to be a world-class player - like everything in football, it's ultimately subjective - but it suggests that the hype doesn't stem solely from English spectators looking for the next prodigy to pin their hopes on, as some have suggested.
He needs to work on his end-product, but the materials are there for a world-class player.
His speed is comparable to Walcott with one of the best turns of pace I've seen (remember how easily he burst past Salah), but he has great strength to match as well (just ask Vincent Kompany, for example); he can run faster with the ball at his feet than many players can without, and he's already one of the most prolific dribblers in the league; he seems equally comfortable taking his man on down the outside or drifting inside into space, which makes his movements very difficult to anticipate/defend against; he's comfortable making diagonal runs in-behind, drifting in-between the lines into pockets of space, and/or holding the width and isolating the full-back like a more pragmatic winger, allowing him to adapt to various systems and game-plans, but also make him very difficult for the opposition to plan for; and his work-rate and defensive qualities and very underappreciated (he's played wing-back on a number of occasions).
I don't think he's quite reached the heights he did last season (when he was instrumental - along with Suarez et al - in Liverpool's late title charge), but this is likely symptomatic of the difficulties Liverpool as a whole have had this season (large influx of new players; loss of Suarez and injuries - particularly to Sturridge; Rodgers' tinkering of the system) as well as the fact that he's been switched across 6 different positions across the season (both wings, both wing-backs, behind the striker, and as the striker), but his talent is still clear to see.
I personally think he would be best served by staying at Liverpool, but if he were to leave, I suspect many of Europe's elite would be willing to meet his demands.

You seem to have a thorough insight of Sterling abilities, obviously you've probably watched him closely every week!
I can't help but think that you're more than capable of selling sand to the Arabs dwellers and ice to Eskimos all day long

Would take him any day
Would improve our team big time.

Agreed - the prospect of Sterling and Hazard would be frightening - or even a three-pronged attacking midfield of Sterling-Hazard-Cuadrado if the latter finds his feet in England.
That being said, most on here seem to suggest Chelsea's priorities lie elsewhere (Varane and Pogba seem to be the players most want).
"Again at age 20, he leads Liverpool for goals, assists, chances created. I'm a big fan of his and I've seen a lot underrate him recently. Eg. On a potential Walcott - Sterling swap. Obviously Arsenal would get the good end of the deal with that."
I've noticed this as well. Some Arsenal fans even seem against the idea - I'd personally swap any one of our players for Sterling from a long-term perspective.
"I can't help but think that you're more than capable of selling sand to the Arabs dwellers and ice to Eskimos all day long"
Haha! It's not hard to sell someone as talented as Sterling. I've not watched him in every game, but I've seen enough to confidently say that he could easily become a world-class player in future.
