Calm down

Looks like another mini-meltdown on the board following yesterday's result. More Poch out articles

The thing I find most amusing is virtually everyone thought this season would be tough with 6th place and a cup run about the best we could expect.
Well, it turns out that 6th place, a cup run is now a catastrophe.

I genuinely don't know what Spurs fans expect. The 5 clubs above us all have vastly more revenue than us and clout in the market. To finish above one of them would be very impressive, to finish above two would be remarkable. The only reason we got fourth recently was firstly, Liverpool collapsed under Benitez and City hadn't spent all their billions at the time. Secondly, AVB ruined Chelsea and they decided to concentrate on the champions league instead.

It will take a lot of time and some good transfers to get above any of the top 5 now they're all starting to look in good shape (maybe with the exception of Liverpool).

Poch is a young coach doing a solid job at laying a good base for future seasons. He's developing the young players, but to challenge for top 4 we're going to have to play the markets better and unearth the next Modric etc.

So how about everyone does what we all said and has a little patience?

Junction , that's why I'm pretty much fed up with spurs and won't be investing my money in them again until changes are made.

If you took away Kane`s goals this year, we would probably be bottom half, that`s a scary thought

Billy, Kanes goals and Lloris brilliance at times. Our defence are a comical joke.

You can't say that though billy!

Take away Ageuro goals or Sanchez or Costs etc etc they'd be in trouble too.

Look at QPR Austin scored lots and they have been relegated so rest of our team have chipped in too

junction8, I used to watch Alan Mullery urge the players on with huge enthusiasm when we went ahead or behind, we don't have a captain of that calibre now and haven't since him.

we have been so desperate to sign bargains we don't pay enough attention to how much they want to play for the club or their ambitions with the club. Club like ours needs players with a very high work ethic. nothing less will do.

The coach has to instil the right attitude into the players or he's to doing his job properly. Brian Clough bought Britain's first million pound player, Trevor Francis. "Be at the training ground at 8am and I'm not asking you I'm telling you." That kept his feet firmly on the ground. Oh for a manager like that now.
