Fishguard vs Battersea

Fishguard

----------------------Rajkovic
Jedvaj--------Friedrich---Wimmer---Günter
-------------------Stark
-----------------------------Johansen
Ödegaard-----------Klaassen---------Fischer
-----------------------Vietto

Subs: Kempf, Ajer, Fossum, Zivkovic, Muric

Battersea

--------------Jefferson--------------

Montoya--Gabriel--Otamendi--Gaya

----------Vidal--Kondogbia---------

--Lucas------Firmino------Silva--

-------------Mandzukic---------------

Subs: Shaqiri, Cartabia, Balanta, Mitrovic, Sanson

Game: a very strong and experienced away side against the youth and exuberance of Welshy's boys, I felt that although their is a gap between the two sides, the pace and movement of Welshy's front players could still make problems for Haak's defence, while the midfield battle would be won by Haak, arguably the strongest midfield in division 1, the opening goal of the game came from Fishguard, a ball into the feet of Klaasen who just managed to flick it around Kondogbia, Vietto laid it off and Davy got the return ball and smashed the ball into the near top corner of the net, the sheer power of the shot beating Jefferson. Half time came and went and the second half was a one way street in terms of pressure, the experience and strength of Haak's team were just relentless and Foshguard just could not relieve the pressure, which finally told when Arturo Vidal burst through a challenge from Freidrich, his shot was parried by the goalkeeper but Firmino was there to tap it home, it looked from here on that there would be just one winner, but Welshy's boys managed to hold on for a crucial point.

Mandems vs Little Horse big Stars

Guaita

Piatti Eriksen Insigne
Suarez

Lindegaard Fellaini - Aranguiz - Motta -Alcacer - .

vs

----------------------------Forster-----------------------------
Alves---------Rugani-----------Varane-----------Durm
------------Schneiderlin------Goretzka------------------
-----------------------------Lopes-----------------------------
------------Zaza----------Costa--------Aguero-----------

Subs - Horn, Hughes, Mandragora, Ings, Inaki

Park's side was badly nobbled by injuries but has still mustered a good side, clearly strong in attack and with Rugani/Varane has two of Europes best young centre-backs

Trebsy has shuffled the pack and his hard-working-man-like has lost a bit of that emphasis but his 3 AM's are lovely players with a lot of creativity and movement to really get at Park's defence

for me the game was won/lost in the middle and I think Trebs' side has the slight edge...But Parks side would deffo create chances for their trident

Slots:
Trebs 6+1
Park 4
draw 5

Final Score: Mandems 1-2 Little Horse

Goals: Suarez (Eriksen)
Costa (Aguero)
Aguero (lopes)

Mandems: Fellaini, Insigne
Pony: Durm, Manragora

MOTM - Aguero - drifting wide really caused chaos in Mandems defence as he attacked the space between full back and centre-back, scored the winner as well

Danilo--------Veretout---------Tielemans---------Amavi

-----------Berardi---------------------Griezmann-----------

-------------------------Lacazette----------------------------

Subs: Calhanoglu

Parejo

Anderson

Sinkgraven

Lazaro

The thing that stands out the most when looking at these two sides is the sheer weight of experience that Marky has in his side especially at the back and midfield, possibly the toughest midfield 3 in either league, that said Veretout is doing well in France and Tielemans is handy as well.

I really like the energy that Leiva has in his side and I'm not mentioning Berardi today.....Griezmann is a fantastic addition, even though I'd play Berardi (shít mentioned him again but I may get away with it) through the middle and Anderson on the right...

All in all it's difficult to split the two sides as they both have the relative strengths to hurt their opponents

Senseless 5+1
Lions 5
Draw 7

Final Score Senseless 0-1 Lions
Goal: Griezmann (Lacazette)

's

Senseless: Yaya,Florenzi,Munir
Lions: Lazaro,Parejo

MOTM - Veretout - did the dirty work in the middle allowed his side to get a foothold in the game and a vital win

Sorry about the split, Pride Like I said, against another team and another formation/tactics set your own gameplan would've earned you a bigger slice of the slots pie.
