So with all the hype about Fallout 4 and E3 it got me to thinking about my favourite mission in a game. So i would be interested to know which parts of a game do you remember fondly? It can be a mission, or a set piece - just something that sticks with you.
I have a couple:
1) The vr section from fallout 3, a great story and the surreal environment you get taken into
2) The T rex in tomb raider - this was the first sense i had of being chased in a game, and being against this huge enemy

Battle of Bruma
Think it's time for another Fallout 3 playthrough. Never completed it, got halfway-3/4 through a few times. Barely got started on New Vegas

Haha yeah Greg, it's proper dread inducing nervous wreck territory at times.
Lights off, sound up mate, then you'll get the full shebang. Even better, some good headphones, the sound design is brilliant.

You guys speaking about the aliens game reminds me a lot of Farcry and your first time in meeting a trigen.......or not. The sound design and the caves creeped me out, nailed the alienesque feeling of something big scary and ugly will jump out at any moment to bite my head off, best twist ever, nothing happens just genius if you ask me

SKYRIM - the assassins guild missions. Love the one where you have to hide behind the clock and drop it on the targets head

Of the more recnt games i have played i loved the "Hangover-esque" mission from Skyrim. Where you get bladdered and have to retrace your steps from the night before. Stole a guys goat and sold/gave it to a Giant, wrecked a temple in a drunken stumour ... it was one of the daedric quests i think ? some daedric prince of turmoil or soemthing ... was hilarious tho !
