How much will the PS4 decrease in value

over the next year or so ? Or will it decrease much at all ?

Obviously I'm talking about the console as well as console bundles.

I'm still very happy with my PS3 and as someone else here said there's still plenty of meat on the PS3 bone, especially if you're willing to fish around for games you might have previously missed out on or bypassed without realising how good they were.

You can get the PS4 console with a game bundle for about £350 these days. Is that set to be substantially lower in about a year from now?

Thinking of getting a ps4

My phone contract is up and I can actually get a slightly better contract plus a ps4 for ten pound a month more than I am paying now.

Even if you factor out the slight increase in data that I'd get from the new phone contract it's still only going to cost £240 over the contract for a ps4.

Which seems like a good deal to me.

Fallout and Metal Gear WILL be special no if or buts. They are the mega AAA+ titles there is also gonna be Rainbox 6 and Ghost Recon that could be pretty epic.... is The Division out this year guys ? Iv got a wee suspicion i aint ginna like the division funny feeling that might have Destiny written all over it and not be the game it has us belieive it wil be

Amiga does the ps4 allow an external hard drive ?
As a lot of forums are giving diffrent answers .

It didn't but the 2.50 software update fixed that issue so you can indeed use an external hard drive, as Delboy rightly pointed out.

Glad your enjoying Rocket League Delboy, I know a lot of people absolutely love it, some people are quick to dismiss the games on offer from PS+ but there are some real gems, Rocket league a perfect example and a game you would probably never have heard of if it had not been available on PS+.

ne defo i game wouldnt have bothered with its good to get a game on new release for free that is retailing to everyone else for £20 i think ? But good honest fun game ... not over complicated and to be honest after a hard nights SIM racing its really cool to just chill out with the guys you wer on track with and get rid of the stress and anger from our league races. There are two guys we race with that I swear are the lovechild of Schumacher and Messi on Rocket League (actually seen a team mate of mine ride up on the roof of the arena and drop down on the goal to save a shot using the double jump and boost..... it was a total "pick your jaw up of the floor Del" moment it has all the hallmark feelings of Destruction Derby ... just old fashioned FUN !!

ride up on the roof of the arena and drop down on the goal to save a shot using the double jump and boost.

The game is simple but there is certainly plenty of skill involved and like you said just old fashioned fun, BTW The division has been pushed back till 2016

... hmmm bout the Division .... its sounds the Bee's Knees it looks pretty damn good and the premise of the games sounds excellent. But there is something, i can feel it in my bones that Ubisoft are gonna mess it up like they have with plenty of these games in recent years. One of my gut feelings and without sounding like a douche i am normally right about these sorta things. Hope not tho cos its the next sorta game im waiting for ie a proper open world MMOFPS/RPG like Destiny advertised itself as that and a Day Z format that works properly (and is on console ... come on H1Z1! dont let me down!)

I also must bow my head in shame, as basically any 5 mins i have i play rocket league! Thanks Amiga it is a wonderful game and its rightly getting many great reviews. Im still amazingly crap at it but like Del said when occasionally everything comes together for you it feels pretty special

Del dont say that about the division please, i fancy a decentish mmo type experience and the division is looking good and ticking all the right boxes for me........

But back on topic i agree that now is a pretty good time to buy a PS4, there are enough titles to keep most dedicated gamers happy, and as stated above lots of next gen stuff on the horizon. But at the same time if you have plenty of titles on the PS3 it isnt necessary right now for sure, i have limited time though so blood borne took me a few months to finish, not like SoG who knocked it out in a week or so, and now i have the witcher which will prob keep me going until fallout!

Sorry Simon i can just feel it however Ubisoft know they need to get their act together tho after a very dodgy year so it is possible they get it right. One of the worries i have is how complex they are making the game engine. Some people will wet themselves at this (and this is purely from my opinion) i will take a downgrade in graphics and enviroment for realism and gameplay. Also Ubisoft have a terrible havit of making their games very repetitive. But for a MMORPG/FPS size, content and fluency of play are what will make this. Not lovely textures, and different reactions on surfaces etc... Id rather the focus was on teamplay, map design, combat fluency, and content content content. When you see the standard video u see the soldiers go into a room pick up the weapon in the box and just leave (SCAR-L i believe) hopefully they have a first person lock mode as i think 3rd person doesnt work in these games (see Day-Z) where u can see round buildings over walls etc. ok ok ok STOP maybe create a thread for this lol !! sorry to hijack this one !!
