When you look at what we paid and how it's all ending after one sorry season is ADM the biggest flop we've had in a united shirt?
The guy was benched for the second half of last season for everyone's favourite fall guy Ashley Young and when he did get a game against arsenal in the FA cup he stupidly got sent off and blew our chances of winning a trophy (we would have beaten Villa and Reading).
Within a couple of months of joining us he spoke of how he would have joined psg if they ponied up the money and Paul Scholes said that he looked disinterested. I think Scholes said this before the break in too. As the season went on ADM looked more and more bored with life at United and all this while being paid £10 million a year and being the 4th or 5th most expensive signing of all time.
People wonder why I defend the players like Young, Fellaini and even Valencia. It's because they try and make the best of their limited talents. I can't stand players who quit too easily and leave clubs after one season just because things weren't perfect for them. For me ADM was the biggest flop we've ever had (Milne tried at least). Maybe even in the history of the PL and division 1.
Adios ADM, you really won't be missed.
Was ADM our biggest flop ever?

That seems a logical assessment Mumbai

If not for the money PSG are coughing up, he would be. He did contribute to some points that ended up getting you top 4 and that would cover any loss you are gonna make on his transfer. He is still a massive flop though but Torres is the biggest flop out there.

To be fair to Torres he did contribute to a CL win

He won the corner that led to Drogba's equaliser. I remember how Chelsea fans would justify his price tag because of that corner he won 😂😂😂

He did score a winning goal in the Nou Camp too

I think it was Moyes.

They would have went through even if he didn't score. That was just a clincher

Agreed but scoring a goal to clinch it at the Nou Camp like that means he'll never quite be as big a flop as a guy like ADM who never really did anything important like that and who'll leave after 11 months

You are just really going for the comedy now. Compare their stats, Torres was like Falcao, ADM was far better than that.
