Right I've played and completed this so I thought I would give my verdict.
Firstly this is not a game for everyone. There's no enemies, no action and the pace is very very slow despite the fact there is a so called sprint button
However I absolutely loved the 7 or so hours it took me to complete it. The setting is beautiful and unique to games - Shropshire in 1984.
It begs not to be rushed and I tried to visit every possible location I could such as pubs, houses and camp grounds.
The story is well written if a little complex at times. It's also quite sad as well listening to fragments of conversations of villagers realising that something is happening which they can't do anything about. The voice acting is superb.
One of my favourite bit of the game is the music. Really haunting at times as well as choir versions of old classics like house of the rising son
I would recommend this to anyone who doesn't mind a slow burn story with next to no action. Explore the brilliant setting at your own pace and it can get surprisingly addictive

What is it actually about?

Well a whole village has disappeared and you have to find out what has happened. There a balls of light which have flashbacks of the villagers conversations and actions which give you small fragments of story to determine what happened

I bought it on Saturday afternoon but the download time was 12 hours
And that's with a 50mbps wired connection. Is the Playstation Store usually that slow?
At 6GB it is the biggest digital game I have ever bought but I wont be buying many more if it is constantly that slow.
Anyway it finished downloading sometime Sunday AM but I was at a wedding yesterday and when I got back in later on I watched the end of the golf.
So I am looking forward to getting in tonight and having a go at it

Not usually, I have downloaded 20gb + in a few hours, and often less than a night. But I will admit it has its moments
