I thought Chambers gave benteke most of his chances not Liverpool.

Liverpool played like the home team in the first half. Second half he gave Liverpool what Giroud didn't give Arsenal in the first.

Sure? I dont think that Liverpool create much on their own.

They played like the home team from the moment Chambers began to give the ball away. Before that we could have scored and looked the better side. When Liverpool hit the post for the first time it effected us and we were nervous and made even more mistakes.

Second half he gave Liverpool what Giroud didn't give Arsenal in the first.

Sorry but this is pure nonsense and dont reflect the dynamic of the game neither what happen on the pitch.

The first half we were playing with 10 men, the ball was bouncing off Giroud when he actually made an effort to get it. Benteke's hold up play was far better and he actually runs around which helps a bit. We were the better team in the 2nd half but they still had their moments. For about 40 minutes in the first half it was one way traffic, we had no way out, Giroud did not offer us anything. I can promise now even with a fully fit squad for the entire season we will not come within 8 points of the eventual champions if Giroud is our first choice striker.

Your comment is not conclusive. You said it was 40 min one way traffic in the first half. If that is right and we gave the ball away in defense and midfield how on earth could OG offer us anything when we made our lives difficult in our own half? How can you shine when you hardly touched the ball?

Took me 55 mins to realise Giroud was playing.
