A mate shared this, thought it was quite amusing and worth posting with Sunday's game in mind. At least he won't be able to score the winner this time round! Pity we sold him, would've been another good option up top.

Welbeck was a poor finisher. But a wonderful man marker who liked to track back

his better gone from you bitter mugs and at Arsenal, he made the right choice.

Yeah watching his colleagues fight for 4th place in a sterile stadium from the treatment table is the apex of any players career.

Stop everyone's nonsense on this thread
That video is really brilliant
"We signed Falcao back in August, but he kept on falling"
"I heard about your manager arsene, In sorry"
Quality banter

Welbeck would be a great partner for Martial. Such a shame we let him go. Anyone with a brain would prefer a Martial and Welbeck partnership over a Martial and Rooney one.
Wish him well at Arsenal. Has his flaws but his strengths will always make him useful at big clubs.

He wouldn't be a great partner for Martial at all. He's a below average Premier League forward. If hard work is all that's required then I'll lace my boots up and take the field tomorrow. He really isn't very good

Welbeck is mediocre and surplus to requirements

Merry, you know Welbeck is nowhere near as bad as you often make out.
Its not just simple hard work that makes him valuable. Its the intelligence to run into certain areas that help his fellow attackers. Think about how much Rooney being there messes up our attacks by not making intelligent runs.
Welbeck would draw defenders away from Martial and give Anthony space to run into. Plus Welbeck can finish. He's not exactly the worst player in the world. He did score the winner against us last season with some great opportunist play.

Sometimes you utter sense, but on this u are just so wrong. Firstly, Welbeck was a long way short of being United quality. Secondly your ridiculous appraisal of Rooney's contribution to the club is bordering on the absurd. Trust me I will let you know when he isn't good enough. In the meantime, I strongly suggest that it would be best to "get a grip", as was often used by some as a thing to say in my youth.
