I can understand fans enjoying it when one of their fierce rivals imploding, especially when it's chelsea, but why so much hate on Jose?
He is the second most successful manager in history of football, and he will probably end up being the most successful manager ever.
Yes. he say some weird stuff to media but who doesn't?
He has a nasty mean streak but so does most of the top managers
I don't understand some people hating on one of the most successful people to ever to manage a football club.
José is a character, like him or loath him, you will miss him when he is gone. PL would be a poorer without him
why so much hate on Jose?

Heisenberg
You live in fantasy where football is played by angels and fairies . in real life, most of the players are arshols. SAF was a chuunt, Garry Neville was a chuunt, giggs was a chuunt, Scholes was a chuunt.
End of the day, they are professionals who ate willing to do what ever it takes to win. Sometimes they cross the line.
If you want a sport of gentleman, give up football and start following cricket,, or chess

i think you misunderstand
the point im making (rather poorly it seems) is that jose has taken it way too far and is far too big of a cant.
he doesn't contribute drama to the sport, he's detrimental to it's quality and integrity.

spot on, and apt for nearly every player in the game. They are spoilt brats.
But at the same time, they have the mentality to win games at any cost.
Jose just takes it further, personally quite admire him.

Beats me, such a gent.

Most of the top footballers and top football managers arnt gents. Will to win at all cost is probably one of the main reasons behind their success.

No, they're not, but JM has takenuntishness to a whole different level
I can't even be bothered to write a list, it's so long.

IMO people should not expect sportsmen to be role models, but that is a separate another debate.

I'm 47, I don't need role models.
I admire many questionable characters for what they've brought to the sport. Mourinho for me brings nothing but tedious, uninspiring football generously seasoned with chuuntishness on an almost weekly basis. He also brought it to my club for the best part of 3-years, more than enough to have a well-formed opinion of what it means to have him at your own club.
He simply isn't my cup of tea, it can't be that hard to understand.
You and others like him, good for you.

Football is not a soap opera. I don't need childhood playground nonsense from so called men to entertain me. People who think like that need to get a life tbh.

Also if you need those antics because they bring drama to your life then starr wearing a skirt ffs. Since when did adult men condone abhorrent behaviour because it adds drama.

Fair enough, its your opinion.
Personally, I don't take any of his off field antics or what he say to media that seriously. As another poster said, it's all drama. Its just good fun as long as you don't take them too seriously imo
