He is the second most successful manager in history of football
-------------------------------
Is this fact?
I'm loving seeing a rival suffer. Who wouldn't. But he's still best manager in league by some way.
Far too much knee jerking on here and changing opinions.
Jose has blown any chance at becoming the most successful manager ever.
And the crazy interview he gave was as much a pitch to his next employer as it was to Chelsea.
Real Madrid
Barcelona
Bayern
Man Utd
Despite his CV none of the four biggest clubs in the world will hire him/rehire him and that is why he's so devastated.

why so much hate on Jose?
-- maybe the dull football?
-- maybe his unnecesary abuse of eva?
-- maybe the constant digs at wenger?
-- maybe the arrogance of the "special one"?
-- maybe the fact he cant build teams?
pick one, or probably other reasons ive missed

Beats me, such a gent.

Most of the top footballers and top football managers arnt gents. Will to win at all cost is probably one of the main reasons behind their success.
He's a world class manager but a scuumbag of a human being
I don't dislike Jose but it is quite funny enjoying the schadenfreude after seeing him do stuff like shaking managers hands before the game is over.
Its all just a game but the narrative is enjoyable.

To be fair this could apply to giggs, without the manager part. And other players.
People love to see the mighty fall. And in football these days, no one has any patience.
None of the biggest clubs in the world will hire him and he knows it.
Sure he'll get a club like PSG maybe offering to get him, but he now knows his chance of managing a big club in England/Spain/Germany is likely gone forever.

Exactly, most of the fans who are jrkng off will probably welcome him to their club if he was available.

He's a born winner. Not a human of the year contender.
Fergie wasn't exactly a saint was he? People forget some of the stuff he did and said but of course we went along with it because he was a genius.
Wish people would stop putting players and managers up on pedestals as humans and good people. Jose is there to win and that's that. And he's pretty good at it.
So he's having a shocker this season so far. Is there a manager out there that hasn't?
Sure he'll get a club like PSG maybe offering to get him, but he now knows his chance of managing a big club in England/Spain/Germany is likely gone f

And overreaction of the week goes too...
To be fair SAF's public figure was kind of monstrous too, due to keep a tight reign and being a born winner. But the man had some utter class in terms of how he treated others outside of the game.

Nonsense
Washed up Lafa Benitez got to manage real Madrid. There are very few elite managers out there. Mourinho will be the hands down the favorite to take over if a manager position of a big club becomes available,
unless that club is real or barca

No, they're not, but JM has taken untishness to a whole different level
I can't even be bothered to write a list, it's so long.
He's a winner, people like to see winners fail. Look how much hatred Ferguson received.
I've personally always admired him, football is drama and he brings plenty of that to the game with his style whether you like him or not.

IMO people should not expect sportsmen to be role models, but that is a separate another debate.

👍
He is a character, game needs characters
The game does indeed need characters but I say Mourinho, especially this season, seems to be widely stepping over the mark. The Eva issue is well documented but his constant hackling of Wenger has become tiresome and somewhat weird.
Hate, no. Just laughing at him
Moaning about a debatable pen whilst ignoring 2 pens they got away with.
It's similar with Costa, he's a nasty piece of sh-t but he makes a great pantomime villain for fans to talk about. If the game was only filled with nice guys who don't foul or cheat the games would be incredibly boring. It's also why I like human error in the refs, it's all adds to the drama and gives us fans more to debate over.
