Now that Klopp is on the verge of being appointed - and with the apparent proviso that he has final say on transfers - should we fear a Liverpool renaissance?
They obviously have money but have been spending it on a mixed bag of players over the past few years. Brendan struggled to get the very best players to come to England but perhaps Klopp will be a more attractive proposition.
He plays brilliant, heavy metal attacking football and might awaken a sleeping giant in Liverpool. Should be an interesting few years with him there.

lvg's no Fergie. Alexis will look and see what happened to RVP after Fergie left. Man utd have signed big stars like Falcao and Di Maria post Fergie, didn't quite work out did it?

I honestly don't get the fascination of running stats being higher then usual. They scored 0 goals and had very few chances yet run themselves into the ground and Mignolet was key to the draw in 1st half likewise against Everton under BR 1st half Mignolet was key that game as well. I rather running stats being in the lower end but we create more chances and the opposition run more so we tire them out and find spaces.
