Moyes Sacked

I hope Swansea stick with Monk a while longer and he can turn things around. Not quite sure why it's not been working for them this season.

It's not just the way he left us,it was what he said when he tried to sign Baines and Fellaini. Claiming we were holding the careers of Baines and Fellaini back because we refused to sell them to Utd on the cheap. Yet he sang a different tune when City were trying to sign Lescott.

Ferguson chose him simply because he's a fellow Scot and nothing more. Moyes was overwhelmed and made a huge mistake as many said at the time.

No, he picked him because he thought he would be a hit.

But unfortunately he wasn't. I bet Fergie wasn't pleased he failed after being hand picked by the big man himself

I have a feeling that he may well end up as Celtic Manager.

Best he goes to Scotland I think.
Arouna, if that's the case then Ferguson was the only man alive who thought he would be a hit. Why did he choose a Scot? There were better managers around than Moyes.

Why would Fergie appoint a man who would flip, if better were about why didn't he use his influence to get the best man and protect what he built?

Ferguson might have been good at football tactics and was a good judge of a player but it doesn't follow he's a good judge of character or a good judge of a coach to be his successor.

I'll say again he chose Moyes because he was a biased Scot.

Fair enough opinion, I don't agree but that's the beauty of this place.
