I think you will find that odds of getting cancer, which smoking can cause, are greater than getting killed by a gun in the US.

I've got to say I sometimes just have one of those Ainsley Harriott soup sachets for lunch with a slice of bread. So that should allow a heartier dinner!

It's the snacking I have to cut out.

By the way you guys have to try these Kabuto noodles. They'll be in the pot noodle section of the supermarket, however, they are far far better. No MSG or artificial stuff like that, really are nice
