Gents you will notice I spelt whiskey the Irish way, cause I'm Irish.
Do you like you whiskey smokey or not smokey? OK Irish whiskey is not peated so we are talking about Scotch so do you prefer a sweet toffee vanilla Speyside or like me a smokey phenolic Islay?
Or a good bottle of Buckfast lol

Also there's a toast with every drink of wine you take and you best be careful when you drink your shot, especially when you don't understand when is the time to drink as you don't understand what they're saying during the toast.

It's not distilled either I don't think so the white looks cloudy but it's stronger than conventional wine. In fact during my wedding, the first time I drank it I was rather drunk and my wife didn't get the wedding night she'd hoped for. I enjoyed myself though.

The amount of peatyness I like in my whisk(e)y increases the more I've been drinking. I'll normally start with an Irish or Lowland, then work my way through Speyside & on to Lagavulin or Ardbeg. It's possible to get peaty Irish whiskeys; I've got a very nice Connemara.
There's a pub I go to in Manchester called The Britons' Protection that has about 300 diffenrent whiskeys. It's where I plan to go in the event of a zombie apocalypse.
