I come here every winter in October and in 6 years I have seen JUST ONE.
Don't see a lot of Spurs or Man City either, maybe half a dozen every winter. Mostly is the traditional Liverpool and Manu though lately Chelsea have taken over due to a massive advertising campaign with Singha beer.
Can't see why shops would be sold out.

Look, I catch out these 'plastics' every time in everyday football conversation. Just setting them a simple question about their chosen 'glory' club that even I know the answer to catches them out every time. They just haven't a clue and it winds me up.
Come to a certain Shopping Centre in North East Lincolnshire on any given Saturday and you'd think Liverpool or Manchester United were in town.
