TBH the CL teams may be better than the Europa team but I do believe the combination of Thurs and the longer distances make playing in the Europa harder

Once we had 62 hours from walking off of one pitch and walking out on another and that 62 hours included about 9 hours of travelling......We played Chelsea who had jad a CL match but somehow they had 2 days extra prep time

Yeah that's a good point actually as some CL games are on a Tuesday so that does allow an extra day.

I think if Spurs get players of CL quality in midfield and another up top they could do well. Going to be a great league next year I reckon.

Maybe for everyone else but not if we keep LVG it wont.

There have been some new developments in Lunchgate , Levy knew about the meal and it was Potch who set it up , this meal should have happened months ago but other commitments pushed it back to Tuesday It really was nothing more than 2 great football men eating and chatting about footie and management styles

I heard Ferguson ripped his shirt and showed the tattoos of all 13 league titles and 2 CL titles he's won at United. Poch was blown away.

If it was a secret meeting about Poch taking over I doubt they would have walked out together.

You forget how conniving Fergie can be. He probably orchestrated the whole thing an even alerted the paparazzi so they'd be waiting outside.
Poor poochy will have fallen in the trap long before he can figure out what the bojangles is going on.

Ferguson is probably emailing him youtube videos of players like Cantona and Giggs too and getting Charlton to come over for tea to explain Busby and Munich. All part of the plan.

I heard he asked Ferguson why there was a blank space after the second CL title tattoo; until somone pointed out that the space was supposed to have been for a third CL title; and that only when you win it three times as a manager can you really be judged as great, especially after 20 years with the same club.

Apparently Ferguson was livid.
