Fear Factor

Firstly congrats to every United fan and staff member on yesterday! Fantastic moment for everyone who loves the club and may this be the start of another golden period for the club.

Just browsing around on forums I noticed every single one of our rival boards has 2/3 articles regarding the Jose rumours. Surely a sign of fear? Even if a lot of our own fans don't see this as a step in the right direction, you can bet your life that 99% of rival fans see this as a massive threat.

Put yourself in their shoes, imagine how you would as United fan feel if Spurs, Liverpool,City or even Arsenal had just signed up a guy who has won the PL 3 times. Would you be worried or would you be laughing at Liverpool for signing up a guy who will most likely win them the league with "boring football"???

Bring on next season! I didn't mind LVG but thinking Jose isn't anything but a massive step up and a sign of intent would be a lie.

He didn't fail compared to his predecessor though, no one at Bayern thinks he has. You can only think that if you put an expectation of a CL win on a manager. His win percentage was the best in their history.

Barca, speak to their fans about which their best team was.
...................
Jupp Heynckes Matches 109 Wins 83 Draws 12 Losses 14
76.15% win percentage.
Pep Guardiola
Matches 161 Wins 121 Draws 21 Losses 19
75.16% win percentage.

Heynckes 2 seasons made CL finals back to back winning one while Guardiola didn't manage to make one.

Spurs are a good team with a good manager.

But a United team who only missed out on top 4 on goal difference under the incompetent LVG will be a threat under Jose, and we're certainly worthy of notice.

I just wanted it to be accurate although 80 was supposed to have point like 80.

Pep Guardiola is a lucky manager we let Man City get 4th spot.
